The persons in charge of personal data processing are those especially appointed by the Data Centre (CED), the system administrator and by the sales and administrative departments.
In case of data provision, pursuant to article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, you will be entitled to request any data processed in breach of the law to be deleted or to blocked, as well as, in any case, to oppose personal data processing for legitimate reasons.

We inform you that, in compliance with art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 “Personal data protection code”, the personal data you provided when filling in and submitting the form on our website may be processed pursuant to the above mentioned regulations.
Data may be processed through computerised means and/or hard-copy instruments. Their processing will include the operations detailed in art. 4 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, necessary with reference to your request.
Your data may be used for commercial communications -and the like- relating to the news or information you requested.
Data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the service required.
We also inform you that, with regard to the above data, you will be entitled to the rights detailed under art. 7 and subsequent articles of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, which include the right to check the data, request changes and data deletion, by legitimate request. More specifically, at any time you may request to be removed from the list of people that are being sent commercial information.

The individuals that, in the performance of their duties, may get to know your personal data are the employee of the Administrative and Sales Departments, in charge of storing data and providing the requested answers.
We hereby point out that, in general, the provision of the above data is not mandatory. However, the refusal to authorise the provision of your personal data to the individuals above, as well as the refusal to give the requested consent, will make it impossible for us to provide the information.

We inform you that, in compliance with art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 (“Personal Data Protection Code"), the personal data you provided or we collected with relation to current or future contract relationships with you may be processed, in compliance with the above mentioned regulations.
Data are processed in order to meet legal and contract obligations, namely:
- data entering and processing for mandatory accounting records, for drawing up tax records and administrative documents on the transfer of goods or the provision of services, and the like
- data entering and updating in our customer/supplier register for business management purposes and uses, in compliance with the law
- possible data communication to banks, for the agreed payments
- possible data communication to our tax advisor, for meeting our accounting and tax obligations
Data will be entered in our database “Customer/supplier register“ and their processing, to be carried out by computerised means and/or hard copy instruments, will include all operations or sets of operations detailed under let. a), art. 4 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 and required for data processing, therein included the communication to third parties for meeting accounting and tax obligations and to banks for meeting contract obligations.

The individuals that, in the performance of their duties, may get to know your personal data are the employee of the following departments: Accounting, Sales, Administrative and Logistic Departments.
With regard to the above data, we also inform that you will be entitled to the rights detailed under art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, that is asking, if necessary, data update, correction and integration, as well as the deletion of the data that are no more required to be stored, along with written declaration attesting data processing modes. You will also be entitled to oppose data processing, for legitimate reasons.
We would like to point out that the provision of the above data is not mandatory. However, the refusal to give your consent to their processing may cause our impossibility to meet properly our contract and legal obligations.
